[Suggestion] Armour type conversion

We all know there's the option to convert stats on ascended equipment, but let's say I have a full set of medium armour I don't want to use any more because I want to main e.g. a class wearing light armour, so why not add the option to transmute medium > light, heavy armour the same reasonable way as we do with stats, i.e. a few ectos, anthology of heroes and some other item.

I think this would be a great and appreciated addition to the game.

I recently swtiched from guardian to engineer. I never took the time to get ascended armor and I was just thinking how greatfull I am I didn't. Just give it a starter armor skin as defealt (so it is not considered an easy way to unlock the other ascended skins) and make it somewhat expensive (e.g. 50 laurels and a few gold).

I honestly do not think Ascended is rare enough to merit this.

Then again I don't really see an issue with this being a feature either.
