Animation locking & dodging

Dodge should break all animation locks. For example, if you are doing Hundred Blades, hitting dodge should IMMEDIATELY dodge. Having to manually break the animation by moving, then dodge, causes TONS of missed dodges and makes it disadvantageous to play certain weapons in situations where dodging may be needed. The inconsistently is also a problem, as on some classes a dodge will break an animation (ie tempest overloads) and others it won't. hitting dodge should IMMEDIATELY result in a dodge, 100% of the time.
