Can we get back the skip scene mechanic when we replay for achievement?

It's so wasting time when you try to challenge the achievement that you have to replay tons of time to get it. And 70% of the replay is watching the unskippable scene. And the best part is you have to watch it cause the time attack achievement is starting right after the NPC's dialogue.
