Flux Bomb and New Molten Boss Fractal

Not sure where to put this, but please move to bugs section if more appropriate. Anyways, I've noticed that in the new molten boss fractal when the NPCs are chatting it doesn't show up in the text box. Secondly I think flux bomb might be acting up again. I believe Ben (or another fractal team member) placed an ICD on it per individual but it seems to sometimes appear on the same person twice in a row. Thanks and keep up the good work with the fractals.
