Lags after crashing

So, I was doing the wintersday JP yesterday and got the a black screen freeze, and the game crashed, but after opening it up again I had horrible fps and lagging when moving my character and camera around, the screen seems to twitch and shatter the image.I haven't had this problem before and all my other games work just fine. I've already tried setting all my graphics to lowest possible, I changed my 3d-settings to support performance, reinstalled the game, updated my drivers and nothing so far has helped.I don't know what to do next, I tried searching on the forums but no one else seems to have the same problem, and the issue is making the game completely unplayable.
