Gems delay?

I know there can be up to a 72-hour delay between purchasing gems in-game and receiving them on new accounts or with a new credit card, but yesterday I bought some, using my longstanding account and stored credit card. I got a message that my gems would be available immediately but I still (24 hours later) have not received them. Is this normal? Thank you.

I got gems yesterday and I had them delivered in game instantly, id check your card and makes sure the purchase went threw, if it did, you will need to contact customer support directly, as only they can help you with this.

I can remember but do you get them in the in game mail system if so check to see if your mail is full, I think it’s like 10 mails left in it and you can’t get any new mail till you delete some below 10.

Not sure if helpful but I thought I had purchased gems the other night only to find out my card was declined. It was saved so everything was auto filled. I re-entered everything and the purchase went through fine and I received my gems in seconds. I researched later and found many posts regarding a decline if the fields were already filled out. Perhaps it is their way of getting you to refresh your information every so often.
