But today while going through a few pages of it, I stumbled on phantasmal seeking axe. Per the patch notes, it now applies 4.5seconds of torment. Per the API (https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/skills?ids=41324), it applies 5 seconds of torment? Is this just a weird product of the API showing the duration incorrectly (or me being stupid and missing it), or does the API not match the patch notes?
