Can't get into Home Instance: Server IP's List requested

You will be able to see from the picture the issue I am having. And this has started here within the past couple of weeks. Constantly getting booted from the game because of server IP's being blacklisted against my firewall and with me having to allow them through. So what I am asking for is a complete list of Server IP's and Ports so that I can Whitelist them in one fatal swoop and stop from wondering if I am going to get the boot from one zone to the next. The only way I have been able to get into my Home Instance is by getting the IP of the server that is hosting it and whitelist it. Which can be very tedious.
