Graphical problem

So after being away for like a year, I come back and I noticed this weird problem where the distant terrain like large hills and structure (big arches in Orr) would pop in as I approach.

I don't think I noticed this before. After playing around with my graphic and re-shade setting(including disabiling it), and updating my nvidia drive, I still get this pop in.

I'm starting to wonder was there a change in the client over the year.That or maybe my memory is kitten and this has always been a thing for me or the game in general.

Any ideas?

Have you tried adjusting 'LOD Distance' in Graphics Options? That might make a difference, though that option has been around for quite some time, if not since launch. It might have received an update, though; I can't remember for sure.
