What is this Back Piece

I looked on the wiki, I looked in the in game wardrobe and I couldn't find it anywhere. Anyone know what it is?!? it has orange glowy ley line looking things that spread out really far. I posted a screenshot link

That's not a backpiece. It's an effect on the top tier WvW armor.

Sublime Mistforged Triumphant Hero's Breastplate that's the heavy version if I'm correct all the pieces have that same effect or something similar but if I recall from looking at it in the wardrobe a while back that glowy bit is actually dyeable so might be orange in the picture but I am pretty sure you can make it any dye color you own .....Assuming you got the WvW rank to get it cough

That part became dyable a couple patches ago. It wasn't originally.
