[NA] [WvW] Looking for new server and guild

I've been playing off and on since launch and I'm looking for a new server and guild for WvW. On mag, too many commanders are toxic, have meltdowns, and insult and rant at people.What I want:Commanders that aren't toxic.A server with high WvW population, preferably a host server rather than a linked server.Daily zergs. I like medium to large zergvzerg fights.A sever voice chat that lots of people actually use.

What I don't want:Toxic commanders.People demanding that run this or that build.
