Mount question - New Character - Please Help

Hello, I did my lvl 80 boost - completed the Sparking the Flame quest and received my raptor saddle.I created a new character and I don't see my mount anywhere - X button does nothing.Anyone know when I can use it? I thought it would be right away.

That's weird, It should be there if you already finish the first story part where you buy the raptor from the heart npc.

• Can you use the raptor on the character that did the sparking the flame quest?
• Did you perhaps change the binding key for mount? (see the option keyboard settings)
• If nothing else, try to send ticket

Is your new character still in the tutorial instance? Both gliding and mounts are disabled in all the base game instances, including that one, so you have to complete it and get out into the open-world (and get to level 2, which happens at the same time) to be able to use your raptor. Once you do that the mount button should appear on the right side of your skill bar the same as on any other character.

Like the one above said, in some instance area like the tutorial you can not use mount/glide
