Beam attack issues for Bifrost collection

Is anyone else having trouble getting the beam attacks to trigger , especially the branded woman? I sat for at least 10 mins while the branded female hit me with beam attack after beam attack and it wont trigger.

try the branded humans in Blazeridge Steppes. those are the ones I did that part of the collection with when I did it

yeah thats where i was. not sure why it wasnt triggering. but i left and did other stuff and came back and it worked. thanks for the reply.

Only one that took me more than a minute is the light golem. He wouldn't hit me. Or I'd deposited quartz by accident
