Obsidian Flesh no longer covers whole body

I've noticed that elementalist Obsidian Flesh skill no more envelopes with texture whole body - head and hair are staying untouched and character looks like it's gone a mub bath; it happens at least on both human and female norn - hard to tell if occurs on other races and genders but I assume it does.

Here's how it looks like:

No matter if armor or outfit are chosen - it still happens

It's a minor thing but rather annoying in comparison to previous state

Edit: if someone with charr and sylvari could check this and post screens here, it would be cool
