Astralaria aura bug??

I was going to preview Astralaria to decide if I want to make it next, because I so loved the celestial blue aura it had on the arm... but when I went to preview it it was um... just this weird pee-yellow glow instead...... looked it up on google. All images have blue star aura. Ok. Look in-game. Yellow. No stars.

Wat.

Please tell me this is a bug I really wanted this axe.

The arm effect works fine. The preview window is still unfinished after all these years.
