Locked up Black Lion Weapon Specialists in Lions Arch?

So I was out in search of the Merciless weapon skins, and was having no luck tracking them down, when someone mentioned that they could be purchased via Black Lion Weapon Specialists in Lions Arch. So I putt on down to Lion's Arch, and as I'm checking each vendor, I realized that a set of 3 of them are standing in an area blocked by a gated door. I can't find a way in at all.

Was this intentional? And if so, does anyone know the reason why these guys are blocked off, or if/when they may be opened back up again?

Only some skins are available at any given time. Many rooms are locked, most of the time. It's to help the skins maintain some value over time.

Absolutely! If you are staring directly at the Bloodstone vendor, they are behind him.

It's always been like that; sometimes more rooms are open, sometimes less rooms are open. What's on offer changes, as well.As noted above, it's The Vaults way of rotating stock, and how much stock is on offer.

I was there 2 weeks ago, don't ask me how did i get there)You probably saw these rooms while flying around in Lion's Arch. They cover not big area and most of them are empty.

! But in some room you can find NPCs. It seems i came right to the meeting of weapon-merchants! But i could not get anything from them. Every time i talked to somebody they say:! I love to find some way into the restricted areas.
