Fastest way to acquire Hero Points for a level 80 Boosted Character?

So just used one of my level 80 boosts on my Necro, but alas! I dont have any Elite Specializations. I guess I could just go back through every zone and complete all the Hero Points, but there has to be a faster way. Just wondering what that is.

There are often groups that will do hero point (HP) hunting in LFG.

Heart of Thorns and Path of Fire Hero Points you get 10 per instead of only 1 HP per in core. So those are the fastest, but not always the safest. As a Necro though you can go with a Minion Master build, load up on pets to let them take the beating for you, and grab as many HP's as you can.

There are plug-ins for the GW2 Tactical Overlay that show routes for completing all the PoF hero points and that is probably the fastest.

You can do WvW and earn Testimonies of Heroics. 10 of them can be used to purchase a random hero challenge in either PoF or HoT and a single one will purchase a random challenge from the rest of the game. I recommend this method only for those who WvW "full time", because there are other important uses for this currency and they aren't "quick" to accumulate.

what would they be listed under? I guess Open World but then what drop down from there?

OK I found one but says you need level 3 mount and Griffon. Thats not gonna work...

Could always wvw, you can follow a tag for a few days and use the proofs of heroics found in the heroics chests to unlock hp in every region.

Proly just gonna do this. Didnt realize you could gain them from WvW.

The heroics merchant is on every map at the home spawn in WvW, you can get "proof of heroics" to do maguuma, pof, and core specs just by taking towers, camps, killing yacks, or other players...
