[NA][PvX/E]The Unholy Mackerels [UM] - a tight-knit school of chums recruiting other social fishies!

Overview

• 18+
• Active Time: ~7PM -- ~12AM Eastern
• Discord (we are very active in text channels even outside of game) (we use Discord to lfg)
• Small/tightknit (Roster# hovers around ~40-50 active members)
• Website and Forums
• Based on Fort-Aspenwood (Server does not matter although most of us are on FA)
• Semi-casual / Chill (Skill levels DO vary group to group)
• PvX (Raids and Fracs are primary focus for majority atm)
• Bi-weekly PvE Guild Missions, ~bi-monthly movie/drinking night (UM Favorite)!

 What We Expect of You

• Social/interactive (what is the point of being in a guild if you don't chat with us ;) )
• Want to do something or are doing something? Shout it out in /g or #gw2_lfg in discord and invite others!
• Able to entertain self
• Will use voice, not req. all the time but necessary to hear for group events
• Team player
• Mature with a sense of humor (we like jokes)
• Multi rep is okay! (Always rep when doing anything with UM members. We should not notice minimal/non existent rep or participation)
• Stay up to date on events and announcements through website use

• Attend weekly PvE Guild Missions (ie: if you are online during GMs, you are coming with us for one hour of guild fun :P)

   
  The Unholy Mackerels [uM] are looking for active, chummy, and social gamers to join our ranks! Though a PvX guild, the current endgame has our outlook PvE orientated including Fractals & Raids. We won't turn down World vs. World, PvP, or Dungeons, we just have a larger focus on new team building content. So if you feel like growing and adapting with a fishy bunch, then come dive in and get dirty!

   

Raids
We are a progression focused guild when it comes to Raids. We have people of all skill levels. We focus on progressing as a team versus picking team members that are already skilled just so we can win. We expect you to have the appropriate build for your desired class/role and prefer our raid members to have 2 geared classes available (weapons and trinkets ascended) in case some swapping is needed. VoIP is required, communication is required, keeping composure is required. We like to have some fun but also focus to get the job done.

One of our rules applies quite well for our raid style: While we are semi-casual, we do encourage you to push yourself and/or to encourage others to progress as better players. This DOES NOT mean you may be demeaning to another guildie. Be willing and open to try out tactics, and encourage others by teaching, sharing, and helping in the way a friend would with a positive tone.

You can find UM raiding twice a week with a fairly static team (1-2 members changing from time to time due to RL conflicts). We have two raid teams with one raiding every Wed at 830pm and the other every Sunday at 730pm, Eastern.
