I did my first transfer more than a week ago, and now i am stuck with this message

I couldn't find any detailed info on wiki, probably my bad, so here i am asking if any could please explain how does transfer work and what am i supposed to do.

ps: does also anyone know how to link images instead links? i tried with the tool but seems that does not work.
