looking for a newbie friendly guild, with both veterans and newbies :)

as the title said, im looking for a newbie friendly guild that has veterans and newbies. my server is eu based, so i'd need to join a guild that is also in an eu based server! because of timezones, actually being in the eu would be great :). i dont mind swearing and i have a pretty wide sense of humor! id love it if the guild was tightly knitted and i could make quite a few friends! id rather the guild be fairly small (nothing over say, 100 members). if you have a guild like this please write below or message me in guild wars! :) thanks !
