Tora.7214
hello, on my sb i have builds for condi damage and healing, however im looking to make a class that is considered raid meta with a power build . currently the 3 power classes that im seeing most in raids filling this role are Dragonhunter, tempest/weaver and Holosmith, i definily dont have patience for elementalist rotations, so the choice fall ons holo and DH, i cannot decide wich one of the 2 make, i only have a free character slot remaining, so i was wondering if you guys would be so kind as to tell me the pros and cons of each of these 2 professions? steki.1478
Both do great damage, both have good CC and both are relatively easy to play, so just pick the one you like more, there's no other reason to choose one over another.
Dahkeus.8243
They’re both pretty similar. DH will do more DPS on large hit boxes, but holo will do a bit more on small. Personally, I find the holo rotation to be a bit fiddly with kit swapping, but a kit less rotation can also be used for a very small DPS loss. mercury ranique.2170
I switched from DH to HS when PoF was just released. Most of it cause I was bored of the guardian playstyle.. But as said, both are pretty viable and strong and each have their own advantages/disadvantages.
