For a quick sample, confirm if you can access: NA (IIS splash page) and EU (simple text page with ArenaSrv Instance on the bottom)

If you can, your DNS cache is outdated and you can clear it by opening a command prompt (cmd.exe) and entering:ipconfig /flushdns

Your ISP's DNS may also be outdated, in which case, use Google's DNS:https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

If you can't, the path between you and the servers is likely down and you could try using a VPN to work around it. If you want to try pinging the servers, entering the following commands into a command prompt:ping 52.119.226.6ping 52.94.17.14
