PvE Casual Build

I'd like some help from the community if possible in figuring out which stats to choose for a Condi Open world build. I've seen alot of posts regarding grieving and sinister being very good but they leave me with 11k HP and I'm just to casual to play with that. It's most definitely a player issue but I work too much to L2P. I basically just want some decent (albiet not top) Condi dps and some suitability some I can help down players in the fray. The option I was looking at was trailblazers but the expertise is wasted due to 100% burn being obtainable with runes/food/sigil. Anyways any help from people with deeper roots in this game would be helpful i'm sure.

You could use some Carrion as well in the grieving/sinister mix (Condi/Power/Vitality).

I'll test Condi FB with my WvW setup Carrion/Sinister. I don't know how the open world monsters are in PoF, but if they are like the HoT ones (the launch maps), you could get one shot on full sinister or grieving build.
