WVW and SOS needs YOU!

Sick of blackgate holding tier 1 for years?Tired of your server intentionally tanking because they don't want to get rolled?Think that WVW is broken because noone wants to win anymore?Waiting for anet to fix it for you? (Good luck!)

The only way to fix this game is to beat Blackgate and even the playing field.The best server to do that on is Sea Of Sorrows.

Why?SOS refuses to tank. Period. We play to win and we won't let defeat discourage us.
We are building our forces each day and are gaining ground, slowly but surely.Check out the skirmish history.. the data doesn't lie :)We aren't completely drama free, no server can be. But the general attitute of this server will surprise you.

If you want to win but your server isn't enabling you to do it, or to even try. Then come to one who will.

Blackgate can and WILL fall. But we need YOU to make it happen.

P.S; No we are not just a PPT server. We have a ridiculous amount of fights in all timezones. You dont just get to walk in and take BG's hard earned t3's for free :)

Is SoS a stable server? And when it loses Borlis Pass as a link will it still sustain for 2nd in T1?

since when has mag cared about skirmishes. literally mean nothing. thought it was funny how TSYM changed their schedule to raid at 4pm and ended raid right when NA prime started :p UNBREAKABLE

SOS has been t1 for months.But every other server that comes to T1 tanks because they don't want to get stuck there.

But you won't get stuck; because we won't tank; and you'd have to beat us legitimately to move us out.No one seems to have worked that out yet.. no one needs to tank anymore because SOS is 'taking one for the team'.

Plus we think we're doing pretty good; and you might find it's actually not that easy.

Only one way to find out though right..

It's been nice having a server to fight that doesnt quit Sunday morning. SoS have been making hard pushes lately. Good effort over these last few weeks.

SoS runs blobs rivaling Blackgate and gets carried by Blackgate's backcapping of the third server's (desert) BL.Also FA had a higher kdr than SoS last week despite having far less kills & deaths (participation) overall. With the exception of the mag-cloud, (that's what we're calling it, right?) The fatter servers usually have the higher kdr due to their constantly running over smaller groups.

I'd say stack a third server to lock T1, but with the system we have now we'd have to face that server every other week and IMO T2~3 have it pretty good right now. T1 can continue to just be a two-server matchup, I guess.

edit- That said, it'd be nice to see SoS shit all over BG because it'd be nice to see any server shit all over BG. So by all means, stack SoS. If any server's going to give you that precursor its going to be Blackgate.

You actually have to attack Blackgate though, not just hit the third server. xD

Think like what Maguuma did when they were crushing BG and waypointed BG's EBG keep.

Well perhaps if your "SOS" server actually attacked BG along with the 3rd server, there wouldn't be an issue with BG outnumbering everybody all day, every day. I can't begin to count the times I've watched SOS back cap the 3rd servers stuff leaving BG's stuff untouched when it's undefended. One problem is BG outnumbers everybody, but the problem compounds when SOS adds to their forces by refusing to attack them. It's sad because SOS actually fights far better than BG.

SOS doesn't need numbers; they physically need to just go attack BG in unison with the 3rd server; problem solved.

Edit - This isn't meant to be a match-up thread, but players on SOS need to think about something for a second.. BG cannot defend 2 T3 objectives at once if 2 full on zergs are attacking separate objectives. BG isn't going to be able to hold on to any of their keeps if 2 full on zergs are attacking it at once; it's just that simple. The problem is SOS refuses to attack them. Instead of asking for more players, perhaps working with the 3rd server to dethrone BG forcing the players into boredom and ultimately transferring to other servers to even out numbers is the better option. We don't need BG 2.0 in the version of SoS
