give Ammunition System to Zealot's Fire

a lot of Condition-based Guardians take the trait Radiant Fire, which often overwrites the weapon skill version and discourages using it until the trait triggers. I think it'd be a nice quality-of-life if it was changed to have up to 2 charges (but only when the trait procs) so that even if you use the weapon skill version first, you can still throw Zealot's Fire twice.

The fact that it's a flip skill complicates things, and I don't think they would be able to make it into an ammo skill.

Then there's also the fact that the skill is currently meant to activate as soon as Radiant Fire procs, so even if you don't have a torch, you get the aura part of the skill. Making it store a charge instead of activating immediately would mean it only works if you have a torch.
