I've reported it both in-game and out-of-game.This even is reguired to be finished for one of the Legendary Bolt crafting Bolt I - and I, among a few others are stuck at 95% completionbecause this event hasn't budged.You can find them by going to the Anetheneum Waypoint - and youll see the shield icon pop as you move closer to the waypoint.
