Pistol whip unable to be enhanced w/sigil?

So I finally have gotten around to levelling up my thief, and am really enjoying the sword/pistol. Especially pistol whip! I see in the patch in august, the stun duration was increased to 3/4 seconds. I added a sigil to pistol that increases stun duration 30%, yet the skill still says 3/4 seconds. Is this a bug, do you think? Since I use that skill so much, I thought boosting the stun might be nice, but can't seem to do anything with it. I know people will say a different sigil would be more useful, but as much as I use this, it'd be nice. Mostly am trying to determine if it's a bug before I go down that road.

    Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you'll see the tooltip update from a sigil. You're still getting the extra duration.

    Ah, hmm ok. I've seen it update with other things like general condition durations, kinda assumed any changes would show up. Well, hopefully it's working.

    So it won’t round up, as per patch notes from Oct 2013

    “Fixed a bug that caused stuns to round up to the next second.”

    Because it’s adding .225 to .75

    Ohhh ok that makes sense, thank you.. in my head my math was funny, like 1/4 sec more means 25% of a second.. lol.. and I'm an asura. Oh the shame! Thank you for the clarification :)

    Ye. It is working as intended.
    Pistol-whip consist of whip and flurry with 4 swings.
    Without sigil stun duration guarantee you 2 swings.
    With sigil you get like 2.9 swings (third one isn't guaranteed because you still can have a perfect reaction|connect and dodge it when stun goes off, but most of people don't have this type of connection/reaction to do so)
    I checked it with video capture.
