Too many 4v5s

It seems that lately 1in 3 or 1 in 4 matches always have a player missing from the start.I get that sometimes people have unstable connections, but why arent they allowed to reconnect?And why can’t a new player take their spot?

A 4v5 is a 80% chance guaranteed loss (not 100%) and makes people flat out just give up in matches and let the enemy win to end the match quicker.Allowing people to reconnect to matches, or asking players if they want to join an ongoing match would severely help fix this problem (to some extemd).Maybe the person who gets to fill in will get a bonus to the reward track, or a +3 pip if they join they joined on the losing side.

I’ve seen it happen where matches get thrown around after halftime. You’re losing 50-300, and somehow you still win because some afk player suddenly picks up the pace. A player reconnecting to a match can really make the difference.Even if in half the cases its just because the enemy team was getting lazy with easy capping
