DavidBG.6194 Posted January 25, 2018 Share Posted January 25, 2018 Me and a friend that is new to the game are doing the story together, and in the human story instance Hospital Jeopardy where we need to defend the hospital from a group of bandits.The first thing that we need to is to destroy the door, after we do it we still can't go through, an invisible wall is blocking us as if the door is still there. We tried to do the instance together, and he also tried to do it alone but the wall still exists there.Now I don't know if it has anything to do with free to play account but thought I should mention that he is playing a free to play account.Cheers. What you can do, whilst awaiting a fix, is use your Profession's 'pets' or skills with long-range casts. As long as you can target a foe, you should be able to defeat them.Good luck. kerumica.2837 Posted January 28, 2018 Share Posted January 28, 2018 This is very disappointing. I can't continue the quest becasue I can't get inside the building. I have a long range ability to get some of the bandits to com out to me but the final one (Big Nose Ted) stays inside so I just wait for Thackery to kill him since they move out of sight.
