What to do when stuck in wall?

Hello,

Last night I got stuck in the wall after dodging an attack from an opponent. Is there a magic trick to free ourselves or we just have to wait patiently for the game to be over?

It has happen to me before and some opponents are willing to kill you so you can res but some won't (understandable but frustrating).Thank you.Max

Log out to character select screen and then log back in with the same character. It will give you a warning about dishonor just ignore that as you will only get dishonor if you take too long because of really slow loading screens or something like that. Alt-F4 and reboot also works but it takes longer. Those are the most reliable ways, however apparently if you use "/stuck" and wait ~30 seconds without doing anything else you will be sent back to spawn, however this has never worked for me when I tried it.

Type /stuck, and do NOT do anything else after pressing Enter to input the /stuck command. Do not touch the keyboard or the mouse at all. Do not even look at them. Watch out for any breeze of air that may move the mouse.

If that doesn't work, F12, character select, and relog back to the same character as fast as you can.

There is no need for this, you can also teleport to the mist and take the Lion Arch portal

Or you could just do /dance and accept your fate.

and then I typed /balance but nothing happened

Im gonna go ahead and add to this since i think no one mentioned this - If you get damaged in the 30s time window after /stuck, its cancelled.So in essence, if you get stuck in a wall where its possible for people to hit you, just relog on the same character.

There's already a command for that:/resign - Kill yourself. Can only be used in raids or fractals, allows squads or parties to concede defeat faster. (Also available as /surrender, /concede, /forfeit, /ff, /qq or /gg).

Dancing works. Players tend to start AOE killing me when dancing, allowing me to respawn.And cursing in map chat also works wonders. I've seen games where the devs come to fix the map in-place after a player had a good cursing. ;)

Type /stuck and don't move, use a skill, do ANYTHING for 45 seconds and it should port you. Only tried it it pvp, in all the other places, just waypoint

It works in PvP and also in personal story instances.

/stuck is unreliable - just press Esc and then go to the character selection screen and then log back into the same character. If you don't have an SSD loading maybe an issue, but your res timer is increased anyway.
