I had maxed my weaponsmith now its not????

I know it was maxed i even made several ascended weapons now i check it and its not what happened i noticed the same is true on a couple of my other professions

Well have you happend to train another crafting dicipline?Like you had armor and weapon smithing, now you have armor and artificing?You can only have 2 active at the time unless you buy a license for gems to expand it.Your old weaponsmithing is still there just have to activate it again and pausing one of the others.

Then indeed there is a problem, and you did the right thing by submitting a ticket. Queue is a bit high; have patience.

Just to be sure: Are you sure you're checking the right character? Crafting is character based, so if you're not looking at the exact character that was your Weaponsmith, then it obviously won't show up. Similarly, if you deleted that character, then your max Weaponsmithing is gone.

Yeah, that's important. You have 500 weaponsmith on one character, but that 500 Weaponsmith does not carry when you teach other characters to be a Weaponsmith. I assume it was your 500 Weaponsmith on the one character suddenly not being 500. In that case, nothing has been wrong - you were simply misinformed. As long as you don't delete the character w/ the maxed weaponsmith, you should use him for the ascended crafting until you have another one with maxed weaponsmith.

Also to point - timegates for certain materials are account-wide -- once you hit the timegate, you cannot craft that item using any other character until daily reset.

Just another note in favor of patience. I have had these things take up to a week to completely resolve. Sometimes a lot faster, but it can take a while. They aren't ignoring you, I think they just have a small staff and a long line in front of them.

i just gave in and spent the gold to max it again at least the patch fixed my armorsmith
