Xera Gliding Phase Platforms Disappearing Early

Ran into this problem today with my group and talked to a few other groups that had this too. The platforms are disappearing way too fast on the Xera gliding phase. This isn't just "oh no we're so bad at the game we can't do it because we were too slow", we clear every week without issues but today no bueno, they were disappearing in a matter of seconds.

Edit: Did Xera again and everything was fine, so IDK what the hell was happening.
