Capricorn statistics

Ok, so this has been bugging me for a long time. I get that it's not exactly a top priority thing to fix, but the map's been out for a year and a half and the Offense/Defense statistics have never worked on it. I couldn't find anything about it on a quick search or in the wiki, so does anyone know if there's any particular reason why? You can sometimes get like 1 tick of offense (not sure for doing what) but defense is always 0's. It does kinda impact things since it eliminates 1/3 of the ways to get Daily Top Stats.
