No Mini Tybalt in PvP Reward Track

Completed the Tybalt PvP track the second time, opened the final reward box, received the said items, and right-clicked to add Tybalt to my collection. The item disappeared as they do, but the achievement points I should have received did not update and the mini is not available in my miniatures. The only thing I can think of is that I opened my chest reward while still in PvP map zone, but usually they don't process, or if they do they do so normally. Submitted an in-game ticket as well. Anyone else have something like this?

I think I bought my Tybalt mini from the shards of glory vendor in the PvP lobby iirc. (Been a long time since I completed that reward track)

Nm. Don't see any type of mini's in the vendor. You would need to submit a ticket directly. (in-game won't help you out)
