I Purchased POF But Did Not Get The Game [RESOLVED] Please Delete

Path of Fire is coming close and I purchased it last weekend, on the 16/09/2017 to be exact.My purchase was complete , Anet took my money (customer support even confirmed they received payment), but I did not get the game yet.To be exact, this is the reply from customer support -

You should have been emailed a registration key along with the receipt, which you need to apply to your account at https://account.arena.net. Check your junk/spam folder, otherwise only support can help you recover it.

That's the problem sadly, I did not get any email :( I opened a ticket to them with my purchase reference from my bank, and they confirmed they received it. Even on my bank statement, it shows the transaction was successful.
