Pve only discussion.Ele from hot turned out to be my second favorite class after necro, and if i can't find anything i like about new necros, i'd like to make my ele my new main. npmis.7860 Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Yes. It has less damage potential than some builds, including the weaver build, but it still does great. As said it loses to Weaver in most cases damage-wise, but specially for Ele beginners Tempest is safer and easier imo. While Weaver is okay on small hitboxes, Tempest is rather bad on them - small hitboxes is where tempest isn't viable in many cases, when compared to other DPS options.
