NICENIKESHOE.7128 Posted February 6, 2018 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Confusion: Heavily reweighted damage from this condition’s base damage-over-time component to the damage-on-skill-use component. The condition-damage contribution has been removed from the damage-over-time component and redistributed into the damage-on-skill-use component. This condition remains split between PvE and PvP/WvW.Just need dev clarification on whether the split means confusion in PvE is suppose to remain prepatch or the split only means DoT removed completely. Currently the change is night and days and until chronos figure out a suitable rotation, mesmer is probably going to have existential crisis in end game PvE. Me Games Ma.8426 Posted February 6, 2018 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Keep in mind that the confusion damage only shifted from the passive part to the active part.Less passive damage higher reward if the enemy casts skills.
