What happened to Warrior??? (Berserker)

Started today with the new patch and pretty hopeful for once! pretty happy with some of the changes and when I got down to warrior in the notes I was very excited to see some of the buffs to power on the class. I took the time to see what it did for the current "meta" build for power spellbreaker for support in end game content like raids and fractals and noticed a very substantial dps increase...and when I switched back to berserker to see what the alacrity nerf did to the rotation my damage was incredibly lower then the day prior!!!!! I am unsure what mystery patch they did to kill condi berserker but it happened and I am very confused as to what caused it.

Arc is not synced for conditions. Condi berserker rotation was not affected by alacrity nerf.
