Make Drooburt a Caffeinated Skritt Burglar that drops Steamed Red Dumpling

Whenever someone lights a firecracker there's a very small chance to Drooburt to spawn, instantly defeating all orphans within 20,000 Range. If he is stopped before he can flee through the asura gate to Ebonhawke, he drops multiple bags full of Steamed Red Dumplings and Essences of Luck. At 1% HP, he becomes a merchant that will buy your dumplings back for AP at a 100:5 ratio, up to a maximum of five times. If the players allow Drooburt to escape to Ebonhawke, he possesses the corpse of Trillia Midwell and empowers the Power and Vitality of nearby Separatists.

Alternatively, can we have a 25AP quest to seek out a way to permanently put his greedy soul to rest, so that we don't have him popping up every festival.
