Berserker Stance / Endure Pain bug!

I was playing in WvW and noticed whenever I popped my berserker stance it would auto-pop my endure pain.. At first I thought maybe my keyboard was glitching and set some sort of macro or something, but then I tried skill clicking it with my mouse and it was doing the exact same thing.. Then the odd thing I noticed was it would put endure pain on a 30s cooldown like berserker stance, when its actually supposed to be 60s.

Even though it was on a 30s CD i was still getting the full endure pain buff and it kept happening every single time I popped berserker stance. I noticed it was happening all day, but it seems to come and go.

I tried swapping my utility skills around, skill clicking, taking off the skills then putting them back on and redoing my keybinds but it still wouldn't help.

Spoke to a few others and they'd also realized the issue.
