Will there be a physical relese of Path of FIre?

I am searching google far and wide for an answer but i cant find it. Heart of Thorns had a physical box release which i bought day 1. Will Path of Fire have a physical box release too or is it digital download only? I remember in a Q&A they said there where no plans for a physical release but that was months ago and im wondering if something changed

So far I have not seen one myself or heard of one. Since the release is tommorow I doubt they have time to make one now.

My best guess as to why they're not is because it's an added expense. Maybe the physical edition of HoT didn't sell well enough to warrant another physical expansion release. They might do a limited run at some point, maybe with some extra in-game goodies, but who knows. As of right now there's not one.

Then i guess i will buy the expansion today to have it play-ready the moment it goes live and get that lvl 80 boost while i still can :/

You would get the L80 Boost regardless. It's not one of the pre-purchase goodies.I checked all the Physical and Digital listed Authorized Retailers, and none had a physical copy (some didn't even list Path of Fire in any form with a search).

The level 80 boost is not a pre-order bonus. You'll get it even if you buy post release.

The title, weapon skin and mini are the pre-order bonuses.
