Juvenile Iboga - F2 Fang Grapple skill bugged

The (unmerged) Juvenile Iboga F2 skill, *Fang Grapple doesn't perform a distance check like any other ranged pet attack - normally, if a ranged attack is out of range, the pet will go in range before activating the skill

In the case of the iboga, the iboga will fire the skill in the direction it is facing (even if it is not facing an enemy) even if out of range - an out of range message appears in red on the screen but despite that the iboga will fire without getting in range.
