Fleabite.7528 Posted February 10, 2018 Share Posted February 10, 2018 Aeons ago I recall reading that BL chests were unaffected by personal luck ratings - to ensure all folk had an equal chance of bounty (or not) from the RNG gods. So I've always popped BL chests as I obtain keys.However, I recently opened a batch of 30 BL chests while happening to have various decent luck buffs applied - and the results were quite a bit better than normal.So was that simply chance? I've opened 100 recently with a bunch of buffs too (leftover buffs after opening envelopes) and I got awful return compared to my previous average when i didn't use anything.
