Dealing With Conditions...

With the huge nerf to iDisenchanter, i have lost a lot of condition removal :( How do you guys now handle condition removal on your Mesmer? I currently run Sympathic Visage and Restorative Illiusions as my condi removal now but its just nowhere near enough with the constant application :(

It’s all run so I May not be the best of help. But a lot run mirage with jaunt and EH and that’s enough for them.You could run mantra along eith RI. Null field isn’t bad either.

Whats EH?Its the sheer constant application that i am having issues with. Application is at 10, removal is at 1 :/

Ah yeah, i have that. Still not enough to remove the constant and never ending application. Thats why the pre-nerf iDisenchanter was so good. Removed several every tick. WvW.

It's a broken piece of the condition mechanic, especially with scourge. They stack 10 conditions, clear 9 but the one you're left with is the 15 stacks of Torment. If they would give a system to prioritize cleansing so much of the fuss over conditions would go away. I don't care about the two stacks of vulnerability blind or even cripple really let me get the ones that hurt off.

Yeah, you have like 3 conditions on you, 2 get cleared. The 2 being a Blind, 1 stack of vul but leaving the insane stacks of the THREATENING conditions to melt you. Thats the issue the condition removal in this game has. Makes spamming as many covering conditions too strong.

@ArmageddonAsh.6430 yup, I'd be mostly fine with condition damage if I could pick which to clear.

I think it's clear after what we just saw with mesmer and continue to see with PvP, that ANet can't or doesn't care to connect with the players, pinpoint issues, or invest time in sensible solutions. That BLC though, well oiled machine!!
