Looks like Full Counter bugged

I'm not playing SB so can't say it confidently. But after the patch I regularly see Full Counter casted much more often than once in 8 sec. Very often it's casted twice in 2-3 sec and then look like it goes on cd. I thought it's new variant of animation bug but both attacks hits.Does someone encountered this problem?

It is actually 10 seconds cd, and maybe you confuse the animation with the skill break enchantment which releases a yellow thing similar to full counter.

Well, you probably right. Animation of this skills is very close. Both creates yellow ball before shattering. So I could confuse them.
