I am getting conflicting information.On qtfy their fractal build is a condi build. I talk to people in game and they say the dmg is too slow.They say that power is better. When I'm running with people don't care about errors, I run a condi soulbeast. it's not the best, but it's not the worst. It's fun, but not old sword #1 auto-animation fun, but still fun.
