Gemstore offers?

Are constant Gemstore offers ever discounted? My question mostly concerns some LW episodes and armours that don't seem to get rotated out. I'm in no particular hurry to own the content, but waiting might not make any difference.

I don't remember Living Story releases ever being on sale, except for the discount for buying an entire season together.

Armour sets and outfits do go on sale occasionally, but there's no real pattern to when each one is discounted. (I suspect this is intentional so players can't predict it and it's harder to save up gems in advance.) But they usually have a big sale in March with lots of discounted items and old items returning to the store, so that's the next time it's likely to happen.

(Personally I'm hoping for character slots to be discounted.)
