Anticorrosion plating and purity of purpose

At the moment I really enjoy running a tanky condi-converting scrapper in WvW-zergs.Wanderer armor, inventions, scrapper, alchemy, medi- and purge-gyro, EG and thumper-turret (with experimental turrets)The condi-removal/boon-output is great and the scrapper is always lasting till the end of the fight.

So, it is clear that removing a condition by applying protection (thanks to anticorrosion plating) is triggering purity of purpose, which instead converts it into a boon. However, vulnerability can be converted into protection, too.Does that trigger anticorrosion plating, too?Then removing vulnerability will always remove a second condition.

Yes. If you're running ACP and POP, apply Protection, and cleanse/convert Vulnerability into Protection, that new application of Protection would also cleanse/convert another condition, if applicable.

Sadly the clear on purge gyro only converts condis to boons on the first pules so you can get away with running other gyro or skills if you want.I not tested converting vulnerability into protection but that is a good though as every thing gives out vulnerability.
