Condi debuff swap idea

Weakness:

  • RNG removed.
  • Reduces outgoing damage by 20% (including condition damage).
  • All your non-critical hits now fumble, inflicting 50% less damage.
  • Endurance regeneration debuff removed.

Chill:

  • Now reduces endurance regeneration by 50%.
  • Skill recharge debuff reduced to 25% from 66%.
  • Movement speed slow reduced to 50%.

Cripple:

  • Movement speed slow reduced to 15%.
  • Now stacks intensity, up to 5 stacks.
  • Duration reduced across the board.

What do you think?

I think for chill you can just remove movement speed reduction cause cripple already do it and preserve 66% reduce skill recharge.

Poison :

  • Reduced damage
  • Can stack for reaching 100% heal reduce

New condi "lose perception" :

  • Can't use skill movement or any teleportation skill

It doesn't make sense though. In even the oldest RPG's, freezing effects equal slower movement.
