Flip over skill for shortbow?

What if one of the shortbow skills was a flip over skill to try and work in some sort of defensive ability to the weapon?

Something like, use Scorchrazor and then get access to a teleport/shadow step or stealth?

funny how this sounds awfully familiar like something from Hots. I doubt giving renegade which is like some crazed commander on the battlefield stealth/shadowstep make any sense though
